Job Context:

The company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ The applicants should have practical sales & marketing experience of Real Estate & Development Companies from renewed companies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing proposals and negotiating the terms and condition with the customer as per sales guidelines.
∎ Dedicated to sales & in time collection, Ensure long term dues Collection.
∎ Search and visit potential clients to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs.
∎ Follow up and keep up good relationship with the existing customers to ensure re-order.
∎ Ensuring sales target and meet the limit set by the department head.
∎ Gain feedback from client and deal with them when necessary.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Build strong relationship with customers, gather market and industry information.
∎ Perform competitor analysis on regular basis.
∎ Prepare sales action plan, strategies & schedule sales activities.
∎ Involve in direct marketing activities.
∎ Maintain sales activity record and prepare timely sales report.
∎ Ensure quality customer service through performing quality check on products and service delivered.
∎ Perform digital marketing through social media.
∎ Identify, engage and assist in the development of the existing fire system.
∎ Personally, pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 8-12 years real experience on Real Estate Marketing & Flat sales.
∎ Must be able to handle the market and possess strong confidence to achieve sales target.
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task.
