Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of Fashion Fabrics (Dyed, Printed Fabrics, Sharee, Lungi, Bed Sheets, Home textile).
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer for Fashion Fabrics (Dyed, Printed Fabrics, Sharee, Lungi, Bed Sheets, Home textile).
∎ Must have the ability to understand local market trends and buyers' psychology.
∎ Design and implement business strategies to meet the objectives and targets of the management.
∎ Forecast sales volume and prepare action plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare the buyers database and make sales improvement plan.
∎ Follow up with buyers, negotiating pricing, terms & conditions and ensure timely execution of orders & payment collection
∎ To make effective negotiation of the changes in ship date and order qty. In addition to handles mode of shipment, complains, claim etc.
∎ Co-ordination with operations team for new products, product development, market demand and other issues.
∎ Follow up the factory production capacity with orders and co-ordinate with buyer & production team for any new/repeat/development order.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing sales activities and other issues.
∎ Regular visit to showrooms and factories.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have experience in Fabric Marketing / Sales in any Textile / Trading company
∎ Applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Reporting skill, Outlook is must.
∎ Applicant should be dynamic, self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Minimum 5 years in any large Fashion Fabrics (Dyed, Printed & Grey Fabrics) manufacturing industry.
∎ Sound knowledge on different types of Dyed & Printed Fabrics.
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory
Salary: Negotiable
