Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management predominantly in the local market.
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services to influence purchases.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate services that meet their specifications.
∎ Collaborate with the operations head to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ Ensure B2B and B2C objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecasts.
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and make decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
∎ Corporate accounts management & new business development.
∎ Use all kinds of business sales tools (e.g., Digital marketing, SMS marketing, Email, one-to-one sales and so on) to meet the sales target.
∎ Expand Business Horizontally and vertically and Identify opportunities for client growth.
∎ Planning, Budgeting and forecasting business monthly, quarterly, and yearly on the basis of clients.
∎ Strong follow-up of client’s requirements & feedback.
∎ Creates and implements special programs to achieve greater productivity through Increasing average rate, increasing no of Janitors & one-time business, and Increasing business volume during difficult periods.
∎ Continuous follow-up with the operations & accounts team for all kinds of business execution, development, and credit collections.
∎ Reporting to supervisor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business activities.
∎ Produce accurate statements, diagrams, and graphical representations of business growth, feasibility, business development scope and projection of where the business is heading.
∎ Analyze business competitors and market trends and take action accordingly to achieve the target.
∎ Directs all sales activities for Sales teams to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue Plan.
∎ Ensure that the training needs of the department are identified and that within their area of control, training is systematically planned, implemented and evaluated.
