Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be Master's / Graduate,
∎ Preferably science background up to H.S.C level
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To train and control our sales team.
∎ To establish Communication with Medicine Shop woner to promote our Teli medicine App.
∎ To fulfill the monthly annual sales target declared by the management.
∎ Planning and execution of Sales strategy considering current market trend.
∎ Administer field sales force of assigned sales division in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Should have the capability to form team & coordinate them.
∎ Assist to prepare year calendar of sales activities & budget. Ensure it's implementation through the approval of proper authority
∎ Departmental Administration:
∎ Assist to develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the sales / communications functions.
∎ Inter - Department liaison maintenance :
∎ Assist HR to recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified sales personnel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products), Digital Health Care Related Service.
∎ Young, Energetic, Dynamic, Hardworking, willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Extensive experience in marketing, brand management, or sales.
∎ Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
∎ Must possess the ability to write well
∎ Advanced computer skills using the Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power-point
∎ Be outgoing and optimistic
∎ Team Oriented
∎ Exhibits Problem Solver Qualities
∎ Obtains Presentation and Project Management Skills
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English
