• 15 years of proven experience in Business Development or related roles.

• Mandatory experience in hospital software integration.

• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, ERP, or OPD systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Drive the integration of Mr. Healer’s hospital management software across client institutions.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements.

• Achieve sales and business development targets set by management.

• Hire, train, and lead the Sales & Marketing team.

• Monitor, guide, and evaluate the team’s performance to ensure continuous improvement.

• Achieve and exceed business development, sales, and revenue targets.
