15 years of proven experience in Business Development or related roles.
Mandatory experience in hospital software integration.
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, ERP, or OPD systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Drive the integration of Mr. Healer’s hospital management software across client institutions.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements.
Achieve sales and business development targets set by management.
Hire, train, and lead the Sales & Marketing team.
Monitor, guide, and evaluate the team’s performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Achieve and exceed business development, sales, and revenue targets.
