Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must have graduation from any UGC approved University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing & Sales of Fabric.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target.
∎ To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization / work site for developing business/ creating new customers.
∎ Create sales & marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Any other task assigns by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have fabrics sales knowledge in RMG industries, local and international buying house in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the fabric business area.
∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in prefect order.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hard-working ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient
∎ Knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp, WeChat etc.
∎ Good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
