Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
∎ Analytical thinking - furniture sales executive analyzes competitors and internal data to determine and modify sales strategies and process improvement areas
∎ Leadership - it's the furniture sales executive job to lead the sales associate team in reaching their individual and department sales goals. This is accomplished through coaching, mentoring, and training
∎ Must have the ability to calculate sales commissions and accurately balance the cash sales target and achievement
∎ Communication skills - furniture sales executive work with external vendors and internally interact with sales associates, office staff, and general communications, so effective communication is necessary for them to do their job efficiently
∎ Report on weekly/monthly sales results and monitor all promotional activities
∎ Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
∎ Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
∎ Overall responsibility to achieve given monthly / quarterly / annual sales target of the company
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity
∎ Expand new market areas and increase sales volume by building strong network in the segment of corporate market.
∎ Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
