Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

B2B and B2C sales and marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets and managing and mentoring the sales team.
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting, regional & area meeting and evaluate field forces performance.
∎ Resolve all sales-related issues and problems raised from the market by coordinating with top and downwards lines and other departments.
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client, corporate sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing, customer relation develop, Other sales, marketing-related works.
∎ Identify opportunities in the international market by analyzing on the products characteristics and target countries.
∎ Identify market- opportunities & target customers, generate innovative ideas for building brand equities, and develop sales forecasts.
∎ Initiative in developing new business internationally by making new customers through phone calls, internet, exhibition, references & other communication.
∎ Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and developmental opportunities.
∎ Prepares a monthly marketing activity report and attends monthly management meetings.
∎ Developing and implementing yearly Marketing Plan and Cycle Plan.
∎ Preparing annual promotional budget and sales forecast.
∎ Guiding sales team members to develop promotional tools to help in the attainment of organizational and sales objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
∎ Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skills.
∎ Have a continuous learning attitude.
∎ Must have the experience and attitude working in Dhaka and Chattogram Division.
Salary: Negotiable
