∎ Supervise the sales and marketing team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
∎ Review and correct team members’ work to maintain high standards.
∎ Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to build a cohesive and professional team.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Generate new leads, ensure client satisfaction, and drive overall team success.
