Job Responsibilities:
Develop regular sales of Mineral Water (Drinking Water, Natural Mineral Water, etc.) products for business growth
Ensure the opening of new dealer points, retailers, and corporate clients, and plan area coverage
Ensure repeat sales from dealers, retailers, corporate, and other clients
Visit the market regularly and collect market information about competitors
Ensure proper product display and hygiene at retail points
Report non-saleable or damaged products to the authority for necessary action
Conduct on-the-job training for dealers and retailers regarding product and promotion
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Collect customer feedback and report to management
Monitor competitor activities and report accordingly
Achieve the monthly sales target through proper planning and execution
Coordinate with the sales team regarding stock, balance, and reporting
Arrange and conduct sales meetings and prepare related documentation
Monitor field force attendance and performance
Assist in preparing attendance, salary, and TA/DA reports
Prepare analytical reports (sales target, achievement, KPI, etc.)
Perform any other task assigned by management
