Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Plan and execute site visits, client meetings, and sales campaigns
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts
Coordinate with marketing, project, and management teams
