Responsibilities & Context:
Fortune Construction Ltd (FCL) is a growing real estate development company. We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer & Animation Video Creator whose primary responsibility is to create high-quality animation videos, walkthroughs, and visual content for real estate projects and marketing purposes.
Create animation videos for real estate projects (walkthroughs, fly-throughs, promotional videos)
Develop high-quality 3D exterior and interior visualizations
Prepare animated project presentations and marketing videos
Design supporting visual contents for marketing and branding
Edit videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital platforms
Maintain consistency in visual quality and brand presentation
Collaborate with marketing and project teams
Revise and update animations based on management feedback
Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs
Additional Requirements
Strong skills in 3D Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray
Proven ability to create animation videos
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
Working knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong creative sense and attention to detail
