Responsibilities & Context:

Fortune Construction Ltd. is seeking a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Call Center Executive cum Receptionist to manage customer communications, lead follow-up, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a professional attitude to represent the company effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming calls professionally.

  • Follow up with prospective clients generated from Facebook Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.

  • Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

  • Schedule client meetings and project site visits.

  • Handle WhatsApp, Messenger, and other customer communications.

  • Welcome and assist visitors at the reception desk.

  • Maintain visitor logs and front desk operations.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.

  • Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.

Job Requirements

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla.

  • Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and politely with clients over the phone and in person.

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.

  • Smart, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
