Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Sales to develop proper Policies & Strategies for Foam & Mattress Trade Marketing in order to increase Sales & Collection, minimize financial mismatch, recover due credit etc.
∎ Ensure proper execution, monitor and control of Policies & Strategies.
∎ Review existing processes, identify gaps/ lacking in existing operations, develop processes to make it standard level, ensure proper execution, monitor and control.
∎ Ensure proper Planning/ action plan for Sales & Collection in order to achieve 100% Sales & Collection against target.
∎ Ensure proper reporting.
∎ Carry out proper surveys, market research and analysis in order to identify market & Sales opportunities, gain a better understanding of customer needs and protect business with existing customers or win business from weaker competitors.
∎ Ensure proper dealer management and control.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of Salespersons, lead and provide Trainings for sales executives who are working under you to ensuring proper sales call to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitoring Sales Orders and deliver the pending products on time.
∎ Prepare proper budget and ensure proper budgetary control.
∎ Ensure appropriate Sales supports (promotional materials, Sales pitches & presentations etc.) to dealers and Sales team.
∎ Develop proper policies and strategies in order to return the lapse dealers and clients/ customers through proper communication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Sales of Foam & Mattress will given preference
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have analytical skill
Salary: Negotiable
