The primary duties of the sales manager at Empower Minds are focused on generating revenue.

• Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase revenue through career mentoring and coaching.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Create a sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure to meet revenue targets.

• Client Acquisition & Retention: Grow the client base and strengthen relationships for repeat business.

• Profit Margin Optimization: Set pricing strategies to balance client value with profitability.

• Travelling: The person must travel frequently with the team where selling is a concern.
