Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct data analysis of sales activities for top management decision making
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient depot to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the depot and factory warehouse
∎ Generate Sales MIS report, primary and secondary sales report as per instruction of top management
∎ Coordination with sales team and synchronize the overall information from time to time
∎ Analyze sales force performance on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis, for management decision making
∎ Coordinate and supervise all regional sales MIS, distributor appointment file, and other support functions in liaison with CHO
∎ Lead the Secondary Sales Automation Software implementation, administration, support, training, and troubleshooting
∎ Maintain Sales Dashboard, and prepare sales report as required
