Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Very Good at Microsoft office specially on MS Excel PPT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical ability, Child Protection Case Management, Management and leadership skill, Safeguarding, Strong communication skills , Training Facilitation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to safeguarding policy implementation within the organization through capacity building and integrate the safeguarding measures in program and operation including capacity development of local partners.
∎ Support to conduct risk assessment and capacity building of local safeguarding focal by conducting training and sharing the exchange information to and from other organization and donors.
∎ Act as an organizational focal for safeguarding.
∎ Act as a reporting avenue for safeguarding related issue, be a resource to victims and help to ensure their safety security in the line with and individual centered approaches.
∎ Support in case management and investigation of safeguarding violations.
∎ Support to ensure organizational reporting and response mechanisms functional, practical and community friendly.
∎ Prepare quarterly report of reported cases and its management.
∎ Participates in different program design meeting, project kick meeting/ orientation, different workshops to facilitate inclusion of risk, planning and strategy regard to safeguarding.
∎ Perform any other duties as per management decision of DRRA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)
