Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
∎ Expand distribution channels and explore new markets to increase regional sales.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers, and resolve any trade-related issues promptly.
∎ Supervise, guide, and support field sales teams, including Sales Officers and Area Managers.
∎ Monitor daily sales activities, operational reporting, and market analysis.
∎ Execute trade promotions and ensure consistent brand visibility across the market.
∎ Provide regular updates and analytical sales reports to the Head Office.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the brand image.
∎ Observe competitor activities and market trends to develop strategic responses.
∎ Plan and execute field-level initiatives for new product launches and promotional offers.
∎ Oversee dealer and retailer incentives, outstanding accounts, and supply chain matters.
∎ Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving product quality and service.
∎ Analyze causes of underperformance and take corrective action if monthly targets are not met.
