Responsibilities & Context:
Properly maintain stock of raw materials, finished rice, spare parts, and other supplies of the mill.
Record and report daily receiving and issuing of goods.
Label, code, and store all materials/products in designated places.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and provide reports to management.
Verify and document all invoices, bills, and vouchers related to incoming and outgoing goods.
Ensure storage and supply of goods following FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) methods.
Identify and report damaged, expired, or unnecessary materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
Take preventive measures to avoid theft, wastage, or damage of goods.
Enter and maintain all store-related data in software/Excel.
Prepare monthly and yearly inventory reports for submission to management.
Coordinate with other departments (Production, Maintenance, Accounts, etc.) as needed.
