- Must have experience In Auto Rice Mills. Flour Mills, Feed Mills, or other agro-based companies.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
- Expand distribution channels and explore new markets to increase regional sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers, and resolve any trade-related issues promptly.
- Supervise, guide, and support field sales teams, including Sales Officers and Area Managers.
- Monitor daily sales activities, operational reporting, and market analysis.
- Execute trade promotions and ensure consistent brand visibility across the market.
- Provide regular updates and analytical sales reports to the Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the brand image.
- Observe competitor activities and market trends to develop strategic responses.
- Plan and execute field-level initiatives for new product launches and promotional offers.
- Oversee dealer and retailer incentives, outstanding accounts, and supply chain matters.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving product quality and service.
- Analyze causes of under performance and take corrective action if monthly targets are not met.
