Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations of the auto rice mill.
- Plan and execute production activities to meet defined targets and deadlines.
- Ensure regular maintenance and smooth operation of all machinery used in auto rice mills.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including motors, control panels, VFDs, and electrical distribution systems.
- Supervise and coordinate with technical teams, machine operators, electricians, and other support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production efficiency, energy consumption, and operational cost to ensure overall cost control.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, disciplined working environment.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and maintenance logs.
- Identify areas of improvement in production processes and implement best practices to increase productivity.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities like electricity, water, compressed air, etc. for continuous operations.
- Liaise with senior management regarding production status, machine health, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Provide technical training and support to team members for skill enhancement and safety awareness.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely procurement and servicing of equipment.
