Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA/B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & sustain management systems in line with the required industry as well as standard
∎ Creation & implementation of vision & mission, policy, process, strategy procedures improvement & operation department
∎ Ensure the that all in house system procedures & update as per buyer standard
∎ Internal QMS audit and RQS audit
∎ Schedule training module of QMS & RQS
∎ Share idea with Top Management
∎ Follow up QS MR and make sure all departments in the factory are following the RQS or NQC required by H&M group RQS head
∎ Follow up the acceptable limit (AQL) inspection to meet AQL standards & ensure ISO procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience as RQS/GPQ Manager in any RMG Industry
∎ Proven experience from any Lingerie Garment Industry will be preferred
∎ Good communication in English and reporting skills
∎ Having good responding skill to invented office management with chain of command
∎ Able to communicate effectively with all levels
∎ Self-motivated having self confidence
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
