∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take necessary steps to secure necessary approvals from BTRC as per company requirement following regulatory requirements.
∎ Obtain NOC for telecom equipment import from BTRC as per technical requirement by means of regular follow up and provide required clarification to BTRC
∎ Work with internal audit team as and when required to ensure compliance for day to day activity and any issues concerning BTRC audit
∎ Work with concerned teams to ensure compliance for the launch/re-launch of any new/existing products and offers with the prevailing directives and guidelines with BTRC and any other Govt. authorities
∎ Participate and coordinate activities with other operators in the Telecom industry and/or Government agencies to address various Industry and regulatory issues for necessary alignment and mutual business interest
∎ Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies, procedures and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
∎ Ensure proper reporting to BTRC and other stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years relevant working experience in ISP / Telecommunications Industry is advantage.
∎ Extensive knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and the ability to stay up to date on current regulations.
∎ Good Liaison with Government and Non-Government officials.
∎ Good knowledge and skillset on drafting, negotiating and vetting various deeds and agreements.
∎ Effective interpersonal, written, communication and strong summarization skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
