Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be professionally qualified from any reputed institute (BIFT / B.Sc. Textiles or Pearl Fashion Academy Bangladesh) or University Graduate.
∎ Skills Required: Fabric (denim) knowledge,Technical knowledge

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric development, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other department heads/managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
∎ Direct, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
∎ Strive to ensure the best possible QC practice and this is kept up to date with industry standards.
∎ Control production process in different stages.
∎ Analyze and control denim fault and take action in process while deviation occurs. Handle urgent and critical situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fabric (denim) knowledge, technical knowledge (dyeing, warping, weaving, finishing, QC)
∎ Knowledge of QC process
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ Machinery.
∎ Planning and analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy
