• Receive, inspect, and verify all raw materials (fabric, lace, elastic, accessories, trims, packaging materials, etc.) as per PO, invoice, and approved sample.

• Ensure proper identification, labeling, bin card maintenance, and storage of materials as per FIFO/FEFO policy.

• Monitor material quality, shade, GSM, width, shrinkage, and defects in coordination with Quality and Fabric teams.Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual systems.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation and physical inventory.

• Monitor stock levels, minimum–maximum balance, and avoid shortages or over-stocking.

• Control wastage, damage, and loss; investigate and report variances.Ensure timely issuance of materials to Cutting and Production departments as per approved requisition.

• Coordinate with IE, Cutting, Planning, and Production teams to meet cut-to-pack schedules.

• Track material consumption vs. BOM and report excess or shortage.Ensure store operations comply with buyer requirements, company policies, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare and support internal, buyer, and third-party audits.Supervise, train, and develop store staff, helpers, and loaders.

• Allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline and safety in the store.

• Enforce housekeeping, 6S, and safety practices.Coordinate with Merchandising, Procurement, Planning, and Accounts regarding material status.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock position, GRN, issues, shortages, and aging inventory.

• Highlight risks related to material availability that may affect production.Identify opportunities to reduce material loss, handling damage, and operational inefficiencies.

• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and transparency of store operations.
