Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan
∎ Participate in PP meetings to identify the risks of all new styles.
∎ Work with the PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start.
∎ Conduct style review meetings with the sewing line team.
∎ Follow up the line feeding checklist
∎ First output review against the sample and technical file including measurements.
∎ Need to finalize the CTC, CTS, and CTQ quality points and explain them to the quality inspector & quality supervisors.
∎ If any style runs in more than one line approved; duplicate trim card for each line
∎ Review size set garments with approved samples and provide necessary comments if required for bulk production
∎ Check the measurement of size set garments and keep the record in the size set report.
∎ Check first cutting /output garments as per buyer standard and provide comments with corrections monitor the defective, DHU, and FRI reports to identify the continued defects and work with the respective production team to get it correct.
∎ Work with respective cross-functional teams on corrective actions if any failures are found in the above process
∎ If any discrepancies happen need to inform the QA Manager to take action.
∎ Discuss buying office inline inspection findings with the cross-functional team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Drive RFT, Six Sigma, TQM/TQC, RCA, CAPA, etc. culture.
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture.
∎ Sound knowledge in Technical audit/GMP/FCCA etc.
∎ Perform plan problem-solving and continuous improvement sessions weekly with the team members.
∎ Follow up on the executive's and supervisor's daily routine and their work actions.
∎ Monitor all QA/QC operations and per-production activities to ensure that an end product meets the customer quality requirements within AQL.
∎ Ensure garment quality as per quality parameters and buyers' direction.
∎ Conversant in AQL standards and thorough knowledge of the entire QC process from pattern to finished garment.
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in-line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication in Bangla & English (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Specially experience of Buyer Target USA, Carrefour, Hema, C & A, Wal-Mart.
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
∎ Sound technical knowledge in overall quality & Technical audit
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Should have well behaved, honest and able to work timely
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ At least 05 to 07 years' experience as Asst. Manager/Manager-Quality in any reputed Knit Garments.
