• Minimum 5 years of experience in woven bottoms/pants manufacturing with strong GPQ exposure.

• Proven expertise in managing quality control systems for large-scale production.

• Sound knowledge of AQL, buyer compliance standards, and international quality requirements.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

1. Lead and manage the GPQ team to ensure garments consistently meet international quality standards.

2. Oversee in-line, end-line, and final inspections across all production units.

3. Ensure strict compliance with AQL standards and buyer’s technical requirements.

4. Monitor all stages of production (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) to prevent defects and ensure “right-first-time” quality.

5. Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

6. Minimize rework and wastage by driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.

7. Coordinate and communicate effectively with buyers, merchandising, and production teams regarding quality-related issues.

8. Guide, mentor, and train line QCs/GPQ Officers to strengthen overall quality awareness and team capability.
