Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with standards and company policies.
• Ensure all manufacturing and assembly processes adhere to QMS requirements.

Process Control and Improvement:

• Monitor and analyze quality performance data from various shops.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Engineering:

• New Model implementation and evaluation.
• Project Management from QE perspective.
• Validate processes during manufacturing and assembly projects.
• Develop and maintain Quality Control Process Check sheets (QCPC).
• Implement procedures for managing abnormalities and defective products.     

Inspection and Testing:

• Oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Establish and enforce inspection criteria and procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Ensure proper validation, calibration, and maintenance of inspection equipment.      

Leadership and Training:

• Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.      

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards.
• Present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities.
• Any task assigned by management
