Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the entire quality matters of the production floor and guide QI team.
∎ Going through quality assurance systems for knitting, linking and sewing, finishing and packing sections.
∎ To maintain AQL standard in all level of production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality departments.
∎ Identify non-conforming products/goods.
∎ To set up proper planning to check products at the time of knitting, linking, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing so that ensure zero tolerance on quality.
∎ To conduct internal FRI prior to buyer's final inspection to be ensured required quality as per buyer's quality manual.
∎ To prepare finalize and implement standard quality manual pertaining to the company standard.
∎ To submit daily/monthly quality report, analyze reviews and action taken.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years in quality controlling/assuring with at least 4-5 years of proven experience in the same/similar position in leading and reputed knit composite factories.
∎ Proven/ thorough experience in all types of sample submissions/conducting meeting as different buyer requires.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, hard working, honest & strong leadership.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer literacy/ERP software.
∎ Very good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills, ability to motivate others.
∎ Must have experience of running quality training programs.
∎ Certified trainer an added advantage, proven experience and ability to manage people, process and technology.
∎ Leadership abilities and skills such as the ability to build teams and manage operational, organizational and financial elements. Demonstrated experience coaching and developing individuals.
∎ Analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve all issues.
∎ Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills.
∎ Be aware of Health and Safety standards and their implementation in the work place.
∎ Have a good understanding of the requirements of Dignity and Diversity in the work place.
