∎ Graduate with relevant subjects. Preferably BSC (Hon’s) in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Technology.

∎ Demonstrable experience in developing product standard and production plans.
∎ Pleasant personality & able to lead QC & QA team.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP etc.
∎ Age at least 25 years.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in automated processing machine etc.
∎ Minimum 15 years in Food & Beverage Industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have sound knowledge to maintain quality control, development & innovation of backers & snacks Item and provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Product development, Innovation, Quality control & assurance.
∎ To Perform & execute KRA e.g. – Product Development, Product Innovation, Consistency of QA, SOP of all Quality Control & Production steps.
∎ Able to formulate Production SOP as well as ISO, GMP standard implementation for factory plant.
∎ To ensure quality parameters at every step of production line regularly.
∎ Monitor production to ensure that they meet desire production standard.
∎ Review all production record for accuracy and completeness before approving for distribution.
∎ Responsible for Segregate all products and materials that fail to meet specification as per SOP.
∎ Maintain all controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner and perform statistical analysis.
∎ Ensure hygiene compliances both of production plant and personal.
∎ Ensure the required test to ensure identity, purity, potency and composition and to ensure that products are not contaminated or adulterated
∎ Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them
∎ Promote the R & D work.
∎ Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
∎ Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
∎ Gaining feedback from the customers & respond to any complaints, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
∎ Motivate team members to achieve plan goals.
∎ Design and implement programs to monitor calibration and accuracy of all analytical procedures and equipment in the plant.
∎ All information and reporting must be shared and done to the Head of factory.
