∎ Must be experienced in the Ready-Made Garments Sector.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish & maintain the Quality Assurance System in the whole process of woven garments.
∎ Promoting quality achievements and performance improvements throughout the production process.
∎ Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the factory’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirement.
∎ Product specifications need to be understood, and the required QMS messages spread to all related staff before starting production of any new products, and ensure that all specifications are maintained till shipment.
∎ Have to be present in the Pre-Production (PP) meetings, and instructions of PP meetings are needed to be ensured on the floor.
∎ Have to take the technical file, approved PP sample and approved trim cards from the Technical Manager, before starting production of any new products. Mock-up is needed to be hung up on all machines before starting production.
∎ Have to control DHU level, and the documentation related to DHU have to maintained.
∎ Effectively interact with production and development teams.
∎ Setting up and maintaining control, and documentation procedures.
∎ Execution of corrective actions, and compliance with customers’ specifications.
∎ Maintaining QMS reports (Daily, weekly & monthly).Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customers’ requirements.
∎ Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/QC.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
