Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implements company quality Standards complying the Customer’s Requirement.
∎ To set up the QA system and procedures of the company in compliance with the demand & requirements of the end customers.
∎ Conduct Risk analysis meetings with all concerned departments & buying representative; discuss quality issues & critical points to particular styles before bulk production.
∎ Review samples and garments specification and provide quality standards to every order to QA staff for their guidelines, to avoid rejection.
∎ Provide technical assistance and solution if a problem occurs during bulk production and support to production to implement the quality standard system.
∎ Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures.
∎ Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
∎ Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.
∎ Develops Quality Assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company system and compliance Audits.
∎ Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Continuously review quality control processes, Procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making a recommendation for improvement as appropriate for the Garments factory.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing; final inspection, in-process/ inline quality Audit and inspection.
∎ Responsible for customer (buyer) quality claim and giving on-time customer feedback in any quality issue.
∎ Assists in the recruiting process.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management time to time.
