HBF is searching for a dedicated and inspiring Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in our handicraft fashion factory located in Gazipura, Tongi, Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to producing high-quality, handmade fashion product.

HBF operates a sophisticated Hair-Product factory focusing on both fiber and final products like wigs production. Our primary goal is to create exceptional Hair Product Quality while fostering a positive work environment for our employees. We value teamwork, innovation, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Standards Development :

• Collaborate with the Production Manager, Directors and CEO to establish and maintain quality standards for all type of hair fibers and all hair products.

• Design and document quality control processes and ensure they are adhered to in both production units.

• Team Leadership & Motivation :

• Lead and inspire a diverse quality control team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge regarding quality assurance practices.

• Quality Control & Assurance :

• Oversee the quality control departments in both units (fiber and final product), ensuring consistent product quality from raw materials through to finished products.

• Implement and maintain robust quality inspection systems to proactively identify and address quality issues.

• Analyze data from quality audits and develop corrective and preventive actions for any identified deficiencies. 

• Management of Employee Relations :

• Identify and address poor quality management practices within the production units, working collaboratively with HR for necessary changes.

• Foster a respectful and positive work environment, ensuring fair treatment for all employees.

• Incentive and Bonus System :

• Develop a performance-based bonus system for quality control that encourages top performance among the quality teams.

• Monitor and assess team performance in relation to quality metrics, providing feedback and recognition to team members.

• Collaboration with Production Teams :

• Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into every stage of the manufacturing process.

• Provide guidance and support to production managers regarding quality requirements and improvements.

• Overtime Management :

• Be willing to work overtime as needed and motivate the quality control team to do the same during peak production times.

• Ensure that overtime is managed efficiently without leading to excessive wage increases.

• Master Communication Tools :

• You have to work with our Project Management Tool Bitrix 24.

• Reporting and Compliance :

• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all quality processes.
