Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ceramic Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-process inspection and validation.
∎ Analyze in-process and propose action plans.
∎ Control and monitor in-process.
∎ Finish product inspection.
∎ Control and monitor the finished product.
∎ Analyze the finished product (Internal & external).
∎ Act as customer care focal point.
∎ Record, summarize & analyze customer complaints and propose action plans.
∎ Sampling, circulation to customers, accountability of stock.
∎ Prepare, monitor and analyze all QA/QC-related reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Handles discipline and proposes for termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics (Tiles) manufacturing company
∎ 10-15 years of experience in the tiles industry
∎ Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to prepare operating reports and records.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
