Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Courses on Compliance or Safety issues will be an add advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize safety orientation programs and conduct regular inspections of the project site to identify potential safety hazards and assess risks associated with various project activities and equipment.
∎ Collaborate with project managers and engineers to evaluate potential safety concerns in the project plan.
∎ Develop and implement safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines specific to the project's scope.
∎ Design emergency response plans and evacuation procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
∎ Conduct training sessions to educate all employees on safe work practices and procedures.
∎ Provide guidance on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
∎ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate emergency response resources are available.
∎ Conduct drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency response plans.
