Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search new business avenues for the Retail Business Department.
∎ Develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & services to the customers.
∎ Find innovative techniques, processes and technology to automate decision making and workflows.
∎ Execute strategic partnerships with the relevant stakeholders for product, business and process development.
∎ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to bring innovative solutions.
∎ Conduct necessary market research and customer lifecycle analysis for the development of the product.
∎ Conceptualize the product that cater to the market requirements, align product positioning and strategy for the market and monitor the roadmap of the product.
∎ Develop retail products through PPG documentation, analysis and review.
∎ Incorporate innovation through system development (business requirement articulation and coordination with In-house developers and system vendors to ensure the effective system development/ enhancement/ bug fixing in timely manner).
∎ Headcount budget and planning, CAPEX, marketing budget and distribution of the product.
∎ Ensure performance of the product in terms of sales volume, brand value, recovery (asset) and WAR.
∎ Plan and execute campaigns, activations and promotional activities of the product to create competitive advantage in line with the company vision and strategy.
∎ Prepare ad hoc reports as requested regarding business development including product performance, market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' relevant experience in Banks/ FI, MFS, Telco or FMCG
∎ Excellent data analytical skills using MS Excel and Power BI
∎ Networking, attention to details and multi-tasking
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Sound verbal & written communication skills both in Bangla & English
