Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. / Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any recognized university/ institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design process parameters for POY/FDY product deniers, Polyester chips dryers & LP dryer.
∎ Start up and stop Polyester chips dryers.
∎ Monitor performance of LP dryer and chips dryer.
∎ Trouble shooting of process problems at dehumidifier, LP dryer, and chips dryer.
∎ Design of process parameters for Performance monitoring of POY/FDY products.
∎ Quality monitoring of all products of POY/FDY deniers on daily basis.
∎ Monitoring of Yarn breaks and trouble shooting of process problem of higher yarn breaks.
∎ Preventive /schedule process activities like CPF replacements, spin pack replacements.
∎ Meeting production quantity and quality targets on daily basis.
∎ Analysis of down grade product and trouble shooting of problem of higher down grade product/products.
∎ Production planning as per market requirement.
∎ Raw materials and consumables stocks monitoring as per requirement on daily basis.
∎ Process control data collection, analysis and remedial actions if necessary on daily basis.
∎ Regular checks of process control parameters and to take necessary remedial actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in reputed Polyester Filament yarns industry.
∎ Must have hands on experience of startup and shut down of POY/FDY production machines.
∎ Hands on experience in POY/FDY/DTY installation and commissioning.
∎ Knowledge of CP plant project will be an added advantage.
