∎ • Strategically planning materials, manpower, production, and delivery within available resources.
∎ • Oversee production efficiency by optimizing resource utilization, reducing waste, and ensuring smooth workflow.
∎ • Managing and coordinating manpower, materials, processes, and key stakeholders.
∎ • Analyzing efficiency and productivity through data-driven insights.
∎ • Managing production costs while ensuring process efficiency.
∎ • Driving employee, product, and process development through monitoring, training, and guidance.
∎ • Lead teams to achieve organizational goals and operational excellence.
∎ • Collaborating with procurement, logistics, sales, and finance for seamless operations.
∎ • Reducing waste and optimizing energy consumption for sustainable production.
∎ • Establish KPIs and continuously evaluate processes for improvement
