The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments accessories (accessories manufacturer)
Candidates should have excellent communication in both English & Bengali, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Must be a hard worker and should have the ability to work under pressure.
Candidates should have mental preparation to work under pressure and even after office breaks.
Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
Computer knowledge of MS Office programs
Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in a manner with a positive personality & quick learner.
Responsibilities & Context:
Execute tasks by coordinating with departments for Production, QC, Maintenance, Admin, HR & Compliance, Store & Despatch along with other respective departments.
Prepare production plans daily weekly, and monthly basis.
Needs to check and monitor on-hand order vs raw material state on a daily basis.
Ensure that productions are properly balanced for target output.
Look after the Production and Quality department to ensure no defective or faulty goods are produced.
Ensure floor, machinery are neat and clean as per compliance.
As a leader, he inspires the unit`s employees for better works, better motivation.
Organize daily MDI (pre-production meetings or pre-production activities) to discuss related issues and ensure company targets or any other company messages to employees.
Monitors daily, and monthly targets so that the production target is achieved as per plan.
Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, overcutting, overproduction, and extra hours of work.
Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
Perform any other assignment given by the Management.
