Linen yarn manufacturing spinning mill.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up on quality of the Linen Yarn, production, development of new plan to establish and implementation of extra good quality of linen yarn.
∎ To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality and also customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure best quality yarn and confirm as per customer satisfactions.
∎ To confirm good quality sample with specific mixing ratio as per customer demand.
∎ Attend quality complainants and customer feedback sessions in export-oriented Spinning manufactures.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of mixing, carding, finishing, and packing.
∎ Should be capable to manage all team, workers for whole production unit.
∎ Should be efficient to do an effective production planning & execution.
∎ Should know how to reduce wastage, overtime & maximize profit.
∎ As a Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring and managing the timely and accurate production of all counts of linen yarn with exact blend through our production lines working closely with the rest of the production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
