Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager, Production (Flexible Packaging)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities: 

• Ensure that machine run at the optimum speed and efficiency

• Monitor & ensure proper implementation of production plan

• Manage & control performance both staff & worker through motivation and training

• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Control department

• Control wastage percentage at minimum level

• Ensure on time production delivery

• Mobile bill,Gratuity,Provident fund
• Salary Review: Yearly
