∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Food Engineering or Food Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering or Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cake production, Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & Supervise the production activities to support the daily production demand in accordance with set standards & procedures maintaining the consistency in quality of the products.
∎ Initiations in improving the productivity, control the process loss, reduce the down time of the production machinery for cost effective productions.
∎ Can motivate, lead and trained the employees to ensure continued leadership development and professionalism.
∎ Able to maintain minimum inventory level by optimizing and controlling the material flow.
∎ Responsible for establishing GMP ,FSMS and other relevant ISO standards to produce the safe food.
∎ Prepare the schedules for production staffs to optimize the engagement level.
∎ Able to generate management reports for evaluation and to communicate information to the higher management maintaining chain of command.
