Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and fill product gaps in the app and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience.
∎ Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
∎ Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
∎ Drawing up a strategy of product development based on market analysis
∎ Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
∎ Work closely with Tech teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
∎ Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
∎ Drawing up a concept (technical specification) of planned product upgrades
∎ Supervising project implementation: specifying tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring that results meet targets.
∎ Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Leadership Skills are required
∎ Proven work experience as Product Manager in a Start-up, e-commerce.
∎ Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
∎ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies in MERN (MongoDB Express React Node) and LEMP (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) stack
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 180000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival Allowance
