Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain understanding of the operational process of business activities
∎ Close the understanding with the relevant stakeholders
∎ Drawing the business processes based on the activity understanding
∎ Participate meetings related to policy, process and process and take meeting minutes
∎ Perform process and policy need assessment across the organization
∎ Perform review the existing policy and process
∎ Develop a process inventory and maintain a policy and process dashboard
∎ Follow up with Management on the process and policy development progress

Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical ability, application of process designing tool, communication and presentation skill
