Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategize, create, and curate content for print and digital platforms
∎ Write, proofread, and edit good quality, creative, original content for offline as well as online media
∎ Collaborating with other departments and team members and brainstorming subjects for creative content.
∎ Manage a team of freelancers and writers to create the new content
∎ Managing the PR content of a potential crisis situations
∎ Create a long-term and short-term content publishing calendar
∎ Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within media industry including business and trade publications, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
∎ Managing the distribution of content through company’s various channels, including social media.
∎ Maintain a keen understanding and research on industry trends affecting the company and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
∎ Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 7 to 10 years of experiences in content creation, curating and strategic planning;
∎ Strong writing and editing skills both in Bangla and English languages with clarity and authority;
∎ ability to distil complex information into clear messages
∎ Experiences in Business Reporting,
∎ Editing in Print or Online media would be treated as added qualification
