Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/ BSc in textile from a reputed university /institute will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Load the realistic plan in ERP system to active company set produce minutes, efficiency and to meet buyer delivery dates.
∎ Ensure to utilize the 100% factory capacity to minimum the cost.
∎ Monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up
∎ Follow up daily set production targets in every section and archives to meet on time start and on time finish.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Set the plan according to master plan for embellishment of outside suppliers.
∎ Follow the merchant T&A for succors the loading plan and provide the inputs to production units without delay.
∎ Make T&A for Sample room and pre-production.
∎ Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning.
∎ Work with merchandising team and production coordinator to get updates for collecting style file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
∎ Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.
∎ Monitor the loading plan for future months and give updates to management time to time about loading status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments / Buying House / Textile Industry
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.
