Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline having relevant experience.
∎ Textile/Engineering Background will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing all the planning as set by management.
∎ Coordinating with all external parties & internal departments to meet monthly production.
∎ Arranging regular meeting with concerned team/parties to meet the goal.
∎ Monitoring order & production status regularly.
∎ Scrutinizing the bottlenecks & proposing proper solution of same.
∎ Analyzing customer demand & planning to implement accordingly.
∎ Presenting monthly report to the department head.
∎ Ensuring proper working environment.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sufficient analytical capability.
∎ Must have good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to implement the planning smoothly.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills.
∎ Should have capability to work smartly.

Salary: Negotiable
