∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Supervise the testing Laboratory staff with a smart budget, planning, monitoring and control.
∎ Good knowledge of testing methods of ISO, AATCC, ASTM, GB, JIS, CPSIA and CPSC
∎ Provide and maintain technical support in all concern area.
∎ Responsible for preparing annual plan for the Laboratory.
∎ Manage testing laboratory also to ensure timely delivery of test result.
∎ Review the non-confirming testing & reports and analyze the root cause & suggest corrective and /or preventive action for testing problems.
∎ Provide inputs for preparing plan for ensuring the quality products.
∎ Monitoring all process of laboratory.
∎ Prepare the following test conducted as per buyer approved method:
∎ Color fastness analysis for fabrics like color fastness to washing, water, dry heat, sublimation and croaking.
∎ Physical analysis for fabric like density, thickness, mass per unit area of fabrics.
∎ Fiber identification by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
∎ Water resistance and repellent for fabrics.
∎ Pilling resistance.
∎ Stiffness test for hard and soft feel of fabrics.
∎ Visual color shading assessment.
∎ Fabric repellent test.
∎ Dimensional stability of fabric, appearance test on fabrics, bowing skewness.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy laboratory.
∎ Ensure that safety, quality, maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Arrange all necessary internal and external customer’s, physical, chemical report, recommendations/or buyer protocol/operational manuals.
∎ Implement proper SOP’s and also implement “First time right” concept.
∎ Organize yearly accreditation and correlation test program
∎ Work out for the international accreditation like BAB, NABL & OEKO Tex.
∎ Responsible for set minimum test time, manpower and cost for maximum output.
∎ Ensure safety and quality activity in workplace.
∎ Handling the laboratory buyer accreditation Process.
∎ Follow up lab equipment's maintenance & calibration
∎ Maintain good laboratory practices & Monitoring staff discipline
∎ Any other task as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Checking,follow-up,monitoring and reporting activities of Quality issues
∎ Buyers handling capability in a reputed group of Composite Mill
∎ Capable to work independently, leading a large team of Quality Assurance Personnel
