Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ B.Sc (Engg.)/ BBA preferably in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business/ Marketing or relevant subject from any recognised university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with internal BRAC stakeholders and coordinate with T4D team to understand the programmatic demand and proactively search the potential partners/vendors for availing or to serve such programmatic demand.
∎ Development of tech partnership strategy for programmes.
∎ Manage and execute BRACATHON.
∎ Manage and execute BRAC Tech Talks and Tech Fairs.
∎ Manage and execute BRAC's Technology Community of Practice (CoP).
∎ Develop Partnership with potential technology partners (i.e., Academy, Tech companies).
∎ Provide guidance and strategic direction to Programme's internal ICT team in order to influence them to bring new technology by partnering with potential partners for improving programmes demand.
∎ Work with T4D, PMU, and platform team to understand the need of technological services and connect with relevant vendor or partners.
∎ Monitor quality of service offered by existing vendor/partner and take necessary steps to improve if there is any.
∎ Closely work with Unit Head and Leads inside tech team and provide on demand and long-term support for successful service delivery by partnering with external partner or vendor.
∎ Develop new venture, MOU, joint projects to support the technological transformation of BRAC and BRAC ICT's resources based on Technology strategy.
∎ Follow up with unit heads inside Technology division on major ICT projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in quick big picture analysis, Technological Analysis and Critical Thinking.
∎ Expert in people management skill.
∎ Experienced in designing Tech pilots/ projects and designing large scale implementation.
∎ Knowledgeable in Big Data hype and trends, IoT hype, Cloud computing/Service, Software solutions trends, Mobile based App, Android based data collector, Interactive IVR or voices.
∎ Up to date knowledge and experience of using open-source software, IT solutions, Data analysis tools and technology. Knowledge on BIG data analysis is an added advantage.
∎ Experienced of handling large team and large volume project Management, Proven track record in IT solution designing, support and implementation.
∎ Minimum 4 years of proven experience on leading the partnership development with Tech companies or similar industries.
