Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle large number of filed force
∎ Target analysis (Retail wise target setup, execution , achievement follow up & ensure sales growth)
∎ Ensure implementation of company's guideline across the sales function through new process and development.
∎ Plan and implement sales initiatives and measure the outcome.
∎ Track retail wise sales performance and take corrective measures on poor performers.
∎ Team & Retail evaluation & suggest action plan
∎ Report analysis (daily, weekly, monthly)
∎ Visit the retails & provide real inside of market to management
∎ Competition information collection & share
∎ Ensure team alignment with other parties
∎ Stake holder management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Interest on new mobile technology and electronic devices.
∎ Physical fitness and willingness for extensive travel
∎ Amicable personality and ability to influence people.
∎ Basic knowledge of training function
∎ Ability to prepare reports and good knowledge on MS office package
∎ Experience in reputed FMCG and the mobile industry will get extra advantage
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package, 02 festival bonus, mobile allowance and additional travel cost
